Depending on practice volume, specialty, and customized service plans, our standard RCM rate ranges between 3% and 8% of monthly collections. The exact rate will be defined in a separate signed Master Services Agreement (MSA).
Cancellation Policy: Percentage-based RCM contracts are subject to the specific duration, termination, and expiration clauses outlined in the client’s individual service agreement. Services may only be cancelled in accordance with the formal notice periods stipulated in that signed contract.
Certain standalone services—such as Practice Launch packages, provider credentialing, payer contracting, and one-time billing audits—are billed on a fixed, flat-rate basis.
Refund Policy: All flat-fee services, startup packages, and customized operational setups are strictly non-refundable once payment has been processed and service implementation or administrative work has commenced.
